Harley's First Easter

On Easter we hung out at home, watched General Conference. Harley got her basket of goodies in the morning. We, I mean the Easter bunny, got her some toys, books & shoes. ...I guess Harley's favorite thing in her basket was her new shoes. Like mother like daughter I guess. After we removed the shoes from the scene, she liked the ball. It rolls on it's own. In a few of the pictures you'll notice her "scrunchy" face. She's giving the ball a dirty look. haha. Later in the morning I decided I wanted to attempt cinnamon rolls again. I found a recipe on a gluten free blog. It actually called for ZERO flour. It called for corn starch and potato starch. RECIPE They turned out pretty good. They were sticky and hard to roll up, but they tasted delicious. We put some of the cream cheese fruit dip we made for dinner on it and that tasted SO good. Around 4 we headed to my parents for dinner. First we did a little Easter egg hunt, then we went to the park by their house and snapped some family pics. After that, we headed back to the house, did a little hula hooping and had some delicious dinner. My mom made ham & scalloped potatoes. (one of my favorite meals) We brought some fruit & Scott made some delicious fruit dip. Mike & Mindy brought ice cream I LOVED the rocky road, it was just a store brand (I think Walmart) and it was SO good. Happy Easter :) Hope all of you enjoyed it with your families.
