Baby Baby Baby

THE ULTRASOUND:
I drank a Code Red so the baby would be wild & moving so we could get a good crotch shot...Well, the most dreaded thing happened...we went in for the ultrasound around 2:30 and apparently not all of you crossed your fingers, or maybe too many did so the baby crossed it's legs! Crossed at the ankles, knees up, no way anyone is gonna get a peak. Well, the ultrasound tech was SUPER nice and let us come back about an hour later (before my actual doctors appointment) to try again! I ate some skittles, walked around a bit, drank some cold water and when back in for another go round...and...

She showed her stuff. haha We are SO excited and will tell the name soon :)

Happy 26th Birthday Scooter a.k.a Ryan

A couple weeks ago we celebrated my big brother Ryan's birthday. Scott & I were on dessert, but my mom pretty much did it...Thanks mom! It was a gluten-free version of our wedding cake. My mom, Scott & I decorated it. I frosted it, my mom wrote "Feliz Cumpleanos Escuter", and Scott drew the pictures of the scooter & volleyball. When we were little my dad used to call Ryan "Scooter" Also, that night Mike & Mindy brought their new puppy over so we could all see it. To see more pictures from that lovely day go HERE

Belly Update

The Yard...I know AGAIN :)

So, last weekend was fun...Scott transplanted a tree from the front yard to the back. (Maybe he did that 2 weekends ago) We also hit up Home Depot and bought some pots that look like whiskey barrels and some plants/herbs. We got some more gerbera daisies, I love the color! Scott picked out mint, rosemary, cilantro & strawberries to grow...we'll see how it grows :)

Gorgeous Flowers

A couple days ago I went shopping with my grandma. While we were at Target we went to the garden center. She got some of these flowers for the both of us. I LOVE the origami one. It is SO different and really pretty. Hope it will last in my backyard. :)

Our Backyard

Well...our backyard is not lookin so good. I lied, the grass is starting to become green again. BUT, the plants...SAD. We only have a couple that are still thriving. 1 maybe 2 lantana and...biggest surprise...1 of our gerbera daisy plants is ALIVE! It is a variety one...it's had a couple shades of pink, yellow, and red. Here is what I found this weekend...

Mindy

Mike & Mindy came over last night and hung out. We had a bbq, watched a movie & I did a little photoshoot of Mindy :) I got a gift card to Ritz Camera for Christmas and used it last week to get a lighting set to go with my backdrop set. Doc Appointment

I went to the doctor today for my 14 week appointment. Everything was good :) Except I think I have IBS :) yeah for that. Anyways...my next appointment is on March 31st-18 week appt. SO, I get to have an ultrasound then and find out what we are having!!!! (If the baby cooperates that is) So, there's a poll on the side if you want to guess what we're going to have :)
