We recently bought a Big Top Cupcake mold. We started by using the Wilton chocolate melts & doing a cupcake liner. Then, we baked the cake for about 1 1/2 hours or something like that. Being gluten free it took a bit longer. I used 2 Betty Crocker GF yellow cake mixes. We used the insert for the bottom part so we could do a filling.....
Which brings me to picture one:
We cut up strawberries & put them in the bottom part of the cupcake.
We then poked holes in the top & bottom and put jello on both pieces
Scott made his homemade whipping cream/fruit dip and used it as frosting. We put it both in the middle of the top & bottom and on top.
We then topped with strawberries
And then we cut it open and ate it with some vanilla ice cream....
It was pretty good if I do say so myself.
P.S.- Scott pretty much did this by himself...he ROCKS!
